Induction

Induction is an important part of the process of beginning a new ministry in any parish. The diocese has set out expectations as to how induction will happen.

The CME department makes a threefold provision for induction of those new to post. There is a New Posts Conference, an Incumbency Skills Course and an Archdeacons Induction Day. Click links for more details.
