Bradwell Area Team Vision Statement

We believe that, under God, we are being called as a team to listen to him and to his people in the Bradwell Area…

  1. To help people know God better and be transformed by him.
  2. To nurture a sense of being under God in our Christian communities.
  3. To empower lay people, building up confidence in their faith and action in the world, nurturing lay discipleship and vocation through Christian education.
  4. To work alongside the deaneries and parishes to discern what each might be and achieve for the Kingdom.
  5. To affirm all the good things the deaneries and parishes are doing and to help people share good practice.
  6. To resource leadership in deaneries and parishes whilst not usurping that leadership.
  7. To take risks and seek to renew faith not being afraid to do things differently.
  8. To ensure that all we do is done with honesty, integrity, value and purpose.
  9. To remember that we, too, are disciples of Jesus Christ, sent out into the world as well as responding to the needs of deaneries and parishes.

We see ourselves as:
