Once you have decided on your project and have decided how you would like to finance it you will need to fill in one of the following forms:

If you wish to carry out a smaller project using only DFC funding please download and complete a copy of the DFC Project Information Form and send it to Bryan Lester at the Diocesan Office. This form should be completed by both Aided and Controlled Schools for building projects although Controlled schools only need fill in the first part of the form.

If you are carrying out a larger project using LCVAP funding then you will need to submit a completed LCVAP Grant Application Form. You will probably need to get a consultant involved in the project to get an approximate costing and you will need to outline your case for carrying out the work and provide evidence to support it. If there are any problems in completing the form please don't hesitate to contact Bryan Lester. It is probably best to discuss your project with Bryan before you get to this stage. Unfortunately LCVAP funds are always over subscribed and some projects can take several years before they recieve any funds.
