Child Protection and Online Safety
Training events covering the Diocesan Policy and key areas of Child Protection awareness take place across the Diocese on a regular basis.
Rev. Jean Halliday is the Diocesan Child Protection Officer and all initial enquiries should go through her
Parishes in the Bradwell Area of the Diocese can contact Alice Smith who can deliver training where appropriate.
Parishes should ensure that they have a Parish Child Protection Policy in place and that volunteers and paid staff are checked using the CRB system, application forms, confidential disclosures and references.
