Welcome to the CME section of the web site. In this section we will introduce ourselves and the work which we do.
In 2004 the Bishop's Council agreed the following purpose for CME:
The fundamental purpose of Continuing Ministerial Education is to equip and develop the Church’s ministers in order that they may stimulate and enable the whole Church to participate more fully in worship and in the mission of God in the world.
We seek to do this is a number of ways, and details of how we work can be found in these pages.
