ESSEX County Council is distributing 250,000 trees, hedging and bushes to communities free of charge and PCCs are eligible.

The Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE) is administering the scheme. There is no formal deadline for applications and trees are available on a first-come, first served' basis.
