Fresh Expressions of Church

What is a fresh expression of church?

The official definition of a fresh expression of church is  "a form of church for our changing culture established primarily for the benefit of people who are not yet members of any church."   This means seeking to develop and grow church where the people are, and listening and engaging with those who might  tend to see  "normal" church as unfamiliar .  Fresh expressions of church may therefore be found in cafes, pubs, halls, homes, open spaces, and even in church buildings.
