Cast your vote for the good of others says Bishop

In the General Election next month Stephen Cottrell, the Bishop of Chelmsford, has urged Christians to vote for the good of the stranger and people living with poverty, hunger, conflict and disease.

Bishop Stephen has also called on voters to seek the welfare of the planet.

The Bishop was preaching at the Chelmsford Diocesan Chrism Eucharist held at Chelmsford Cathedral on Maundy Thursday, April 2. The Service included the blessing of oils and the renewal of ministerial vows.
