The Houses Committee is responsible for the provision, replacement, improvement and repair of clergy houses ensuring that occupants are provided with a comfortable home and convenient place of work for the performance of their ministry.
The Property Services Department supervises and monitors repairs and maintenance work. The Guide for Residents has been prepared to assist residents with the management of their home.

Sheila Downs is the Repairs Helpline Co-ordinator responsible for taking general calls and calls from clergy requesting a repair to their house, organising contractors and administering the car fleet. (01245 294471)
Anna Franklin is the Property/Glebe Officer responsible for administering the Houses and Investments Committees, glebe land and property, deeds, records, administration, research and data retrieval. (01245 294420)
