Property Services
The Houses Committee is responsible for the provision, replacement, improvement and repair of clergy houses ensuring that occupants are provided with a comfortable home and convenient place of work for the performance of their ministry.
The Property Services Department supervises and monitors repairs and maintenance work. The Guide for Residents has been prepared to assist residents with the management of their home.

Terry Beeson is responsible for periodic surveys, overseeing of periodic works, repairs, boiler servicing, administration, facilities management assistant. (01245 294418)
Jean Cairns is responsible for processing of all financial information, council tax, water rates, invoices etc, buildings insurance, recording of data. (01245 294435)
Sheila Downs takes general calls and calls from clergy wanting a repair to their house, organises and liaises with contractors, and car fleet and departmental administration. (01245 294471)
Anna Franklin is Houses Committee and Investments Committee Secretary, glebe, sales and purchases, deeds, records, administration, research, data retrieval. (01245 294420)
Trevor Martin manages vacancy works, supervisory work on new builds and major schemes. (01245 294414)
Sid Rudd draws plans, prepares specifications, contracts for new kitchens, bathrooms and major refurbishment schemes, window replacement. Also Lettings Officer – responsible for the letting of, and the administration in connection with, vacant clergy houses. (01245 294418)
Helen James provides administrative support to the department.
