St Andrew's Theological College

In 2008, we are celebrating 30 years of companionship with four dioceses in the Mount Kenya East region of Kenya. One of the major focuses of our link is St Andrew’s College of Theology and Development, which is the only theological college serving the region. In the 1980s our diocese raised the funds to build the library which, with the chapel above, is still one of the best buildings at the college. We want to continue our support by providing the funds to expand the selection of books and improve the library’s efficiency and security with more modern facilities. To enable this, the Bishop has agreed that a tithe of the annual Lent Appeal will be used to support St Andrew’s library over the next few years.
