PRAYING THE LABYRINTH

St Bartholomew’s Church East Ham
Revd John Brown
Wednesday 29th July 2009
7:30pm 9:30pm

The journey as a metaphor for the Christian life dates back to the time when the church was called ‘The Way’. Walking and praying the labyrinth as a symbol of that journey has been an important tool for Christians for centuries. This session will introduce people to the theology of the labyrinth and prayer resource as well as offering an opportunity to walk the labyrinth. This is a great opportunity to find out more about this exciting and creative spiritual tool.
