Programme Manager

Location: Chelmsford

The Diocese of Chelmsford is looking for an experienced change management professional to take a lead role in shaping a coherent programme of change initiatives and managing the resulting portfolio of projects through to successful delivery.

If you:

  • Have a desire to serve the church in the Diocese of Chelmsford and are passionate about enabling growth

  • Have change management skills and the ability to promote good practice, deal with conflict and address any barriers or resistance to change.

Then we would love to hear from you.

The Diocese of Chelmsford is vibrant and growing with a diverse population of over 3 million people and 466 parishes across Essex, the unitary authorities of Southend and Thurrock, and five East London Boroughs.
