Project Coordinator

Location: Newham and Chelmsford

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The successful applicant will provide the project coordination and administration for a programme of projects focusing on the renewal of church buildings and provision of new affordable housing in East London.

  • Are positive, personable, patient, persuasive and a can-do person.
  • Able to coordinate the key people involved and collect and share information to enable work to move forward efficiently.
  • Are highly organised, able to self-manage and enjoy the challenges and responsibilities of being involved in an ambitious project programme.

Salary: £21,253 to £24,000 per annum pro rata, (subject to experience)

Actual part time salary: £15,180 to £17,142 per annum, (subject to experience)

The working hours are 25 hours per week. This is a fixed term contract for an initial period of up to one year. 

There may be the opportunity for a secondment opportunity to be considered.
