Training – Innovate The Innovate group from Lawford If you have children and/or youth workers in need of training then Innovate is a great place to start. Please contact your area youth adviser to arrange this course to run in your Parish or deanery. Training – Equip Youth Ministry (Course is equivilent of an A-level in youth ministry) The Equip youth ministry course started again in September 2015. Equip is a great course run through CYM and delivered locally by the Chelmsford Diocese.
