Safeguarding is an essential and integral part of children's and youth ministry

Safeguarding Training
Anyone in a role which involves working/volunteering with children (under 18 year olds) will need to complete:
- Basic Awareness Safeguarding Training once, then
- Foundation Safeguarding Training every 3 years.
Anyone in a role which involves leading children's activities/groups (paid or unpaid) will need to complete:
- Basic Awareness Safeguarding Training once, then
- Foundation Safeguarding Training once.
Anyone holding a Bishop’s Licence, Commission or Authorisation will need to complete:
- Basic Awareness Safeguarding Training once, then
- Foundation Safeguarding Training once, then
- Leadership Safeguarding Training every 3 years.
