“I’m delighted that Caroline has joined the Mission and Ministry Team as Lay Development Adviser. Caroline is passionate about championing the ministry of the people of God and I am looking forward to working with her.”
I’m really looking forward to working with the Mission and Ministry team and all our wonderful parishes across Essex and East London as I support and help people discover all forms of lay ministry available in the Diocese of Chelmsford.”
Caroline lives in Little Hallingbury with her husband and three sons. She was licenced as a Licenced Lay Minister in 2015 and since then has been part of the Ministry team of the Six Villages located to the North of Harlow. She has worked in both Secondary and Primary schools and most recently in an early year’s setting. Her hobbies include singing and theatre and apparently acting as chauffeur to her children!
