The Parish Giving Scheme
The “Parish Giving Scheme” is a multi-diocesan approach to serving parishes with a professional donation management and Gift Aid service which combats the challenge of static giving by allowing donors to increase their giving in line with inflation.
A quality launch alongside a stewardship review provides the opportunity for a step change in the level of giving in a diocese.

Introducing Telephone Giving
While our churches are closed we remain unable to collect some of the financial giving we would normally receive through Sunday offerings on the collection plate. However as a solution to this problem why not encourage members of your congregation to join The Parish Giving Scheme. It has just got a lot easier:-
There is now a dedicated phone number for prospective donors to enable them to set up regular payments.
0333 002 1271
Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Donors will need their bank account details, the church/parish name and The Parish Giving Code for your parish. If eligible they will be able to Gift Aid their donation.
The following short film provides a useful introduction
If your Parish hasn’t signed up for the Parish Giving Scheme perhaps now is the time to do it. If this scheme becomes the principle funding method for your church, you will have inflation-proofed your giving, maximised your cash flow and minimised your administration.
Donations are made by Direct Debit and can be made on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis and can be index-linked to inflation. The relevant Gift Aid is paid to each church on a monthly basis.

"Joining the PGS has meant that we now receive a considerable amount of our Gift Aid reclaim promptly every month, helping our cash flow, which together with annual increases in donations has been much appreciated.
