Transforming the communities of Essex & East London through Christ’s presence

This year we celebrate 70 years of the reign of Her Majesty The Queen, with a special weekend of events and services held in Her Majesty’s honour – from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June.

This page provides links and resources to help your parish join in the celebrations.

Let your imagination run wild in this free session in the Cathedral. Adults need to stay with their children throughout.

Free activity trails for children are also available in the Cathedral throughout the week.

Share your Jubilee news, stories and events

If your church community is planning an event, do let us know so that we can help publicise more widely. It would also be great to hear from you, if you or someone you know has a story of meeting The Queen or has a special royal memory - perhaps of celebrating The Queen’s Coronation in your church 70 years ago!
