Who is this course for?
The Evangelism Enablers course is a mix of theory and practice for anyone interested in sharing their faith and helping others to in their church:
“So Christ himself gave…the evangelists….to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up”
- Ephesians 4 v 11,12
Your church leadership needs to support you in doing the course, especially if you want to be considered to become an Evangelism Enabler. This is a position authorised by your church and commissioned by Chelmsford Diocese to enable evangelism in your parish.
What does it cover?
The course will include:
- What is evangelism?
- How to share our faith.
- Working with a team.
- The importance of prayer.
- A placement in your own church.
- A placement in another church or organisation.
When and where is it?
The course will be on four Saturdays plus two practical placements to put theory into practice.
Dates: 3rd November / 8th December / 9th February / 18th May.
