Head of Property

Location: Chelmsford

We are seeking a qualified individual with drive and passion for property to lead a team of experienced property professionals.

The Diocese of Chelmsford is vibrant and growing with a diverse population of over three million people and 466 parishes across Essex and East London. The property team provide a high level of service for buying and selling property and its maintenance. A key role for this new position is to lead a new Property Investment Management function which will seek to generate targeted capital and income returns alongside supporting the ministry by providing quality housing in the right location. 

Working hours: 35 per week. Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm 

Salary: £55,000 p.a. We offer a range of benefits including 11% non-contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday rising to 29 after five years’ service and flexible working.
