Following an organisational restructure we are seeking a committed Christian to efficiently manage the administrative functions of the diocese and grow a serviced based culture.
Our ideal candidate will have a drive and passion to not only deliver a high level of service within the diocese, but work very closely with clergy which will include participating in acts of worship in churches throughout the diocese. They will also be required to give practical expression to diocesan strategic priorities and keep in close touch with both national Christian and other UK wide developments promoting good practice.
Working hours: 35 per week. Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including 11% non-contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday rising to 29 after five years’ service and flexible working.
