The Parish of St Peter-in-the-Forest is currently going through an exciting time of transition with a full refurbishment and re ordering of its church building which will complement the facilities offered by its community centre. We are working hard towards becoming a more outward facing organisation that works directly with our communities and offers an array of community activities that combats isolation and assists young people development.
We are looking for a high energy Community Engagement Officer who will act as a bridge by developing strong relationships and partnerships between the organisation and the communities we serve. The role will enhance, develop and implement our activity plan whilst also helping to ensure the smooth running of the parish.
As an integral member of our parish team you will be working closely with the Parish General Manger pioneering sustainable community engagement programmes that supports our ambition.
