Chelmsford Diocese welcomes people looking for a place to meet.
Our historic offices have two inspiring meeting rooms with natural light and original interiors.
Both rooms are available outside of our standard office hours and including weekends. You will need to arrange an entry fob before the event.
Room hire charges include reasonable use of flip charts, AV equipment, and Wi-Fi plus a selection of coffee and teas. Hot water is available. The Boardroom has an adjacent kitchenette.

- One session (4hrs - am or pm): £60
- Full day: £90
Our aim is to assist in ensuring your event or meeting runs as smoothly as possible so please ask us about a wider selection of catering options (e.g. Sandwich lunches can be ordered for an additional charge), any printing requirements or accessing our tele or video-conferencing facilities.
The office is a listed building and not fully DDA compliant; please call us if you have any access requirements before booking. The Boardroom is equipped with a hearing loop.
For practical reasons we generally do not encourage use of our meeting rooms for public worship. In any event, we would only permit the rooms to be used by a Church which is either a member of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (CTIB) or would be eligible to be a member of CTIB.
