St. Mary the Virgin Church in Newport, Essex, held a Christmas tree festival that ran throughout a weekend in December.
Twenty-four trees were decorated by local businesses, clubs and schools in the village of newport. The church asked their local community to vote for their favourite tree. There were also activities for children including writing a letter to Santa and making bags of reindeer food.
