Below are a variety of templates that can be customised with your church colours and logo, online giving links and QR codes, as well as photos and stories from your parish using a free online design tool called Canva.

Using images
Any printed materials and graphics that you create will have the best impact with real pictures of your church, congregation and your activities rather than stock images. This will demonstrate the need and result of generous giving in your parish.
However, to comply with GDPR legislation, it is vital that you obtain permission before using photos of individuals, and particularly the parent/guardian of any children. Ensure that you refer to safeguarding guidance when taking and using photos of young people.
If you decide to use stock images for your resources, ensure that you have purchased the correct licence or use royalty free images. Failure to do this can result in significant fines. Some suggestions for royalty free images are listed in the useful links below.
Printing
The Diocese of Chelmsford offers affordable printing services for parishes. The Diocesan Print Unit is contactable by email printunit@chelmsford.anglican.org or phone 01245 294404.
Alternatively online print companies are available. For example, Tradeprint give a 15% discount to charities including churches. As a guide price, 200 leaflets cost c.£35 to print including delivery.
