St Mary’s, Old Harlow celebrated Easter together and with their community
St Mary's, Old Harlow shared our Easter celebrations with local residents:
"On Maundy Thursday, we handed out 206 hot cross buns and Easter eggs along the High Street in Old Harlow, sharing a message of hope and generosity. We gathered for a reflective Communion service following a shared supper at the church. On Good Friday, we observed an hour at the cross, taking time for quiet reflection and prayer. On Easter Saturday, we welcomed 70 children and their families to Gilden Park for a joyful Easter Trail, full of fun and discovery. Our Easter celebrations culminated on Sunday morning with a vibrant worship service, closing with a procession of our beautifully decorated cross into Churchgate Street."
