BTH Group (Benfleet, Thundersley, Hadleigh) is a new grouping of Parishes coming together to work in partnership to provide Mission and Ministry to a vibrant area of South East Essex. The Parishes represent a cross section of practice and tradition from Evangelical Charismatic members of the New Wine Network to more central Anglican worship.
We are seeking candidates for two roles, details of which can be found in the parish profile (link below).
Associate Minister
Into this exciting new Team Ministry we are looking to appoint a Permanent Associate Minister (with a view to this becoming a Team Vicar) with a focal ministry to two of our Parishes. They will also carry a portfolio of responsibility across the team.
Interim Minister - two year term
In addition we are appointing a two year fixed-term Associate Minister who will work across the team to provide ministry as the new team is established and to give support to the Area Dean as they minister to neighbouring Parishes.
