Full-time Vicar for The Two Rivers Benefice, North-West Essex

We are seeking a vicar to lead the churches of the Two Rivers Benefice in mission, worship and pastoral care. The Benefice comprises the parishes of Ashen, Birdbrook, Helions Bumpstead, Ridgewell and Steeple Bumpstead with Sturmer in the Deanery of Hinckford.

We are looking for someone who will:

Proclaim the Gospel with confidence and nurture discipleship for all ages and stages of faith
Be a visible presence and embrace the joys, opportunities and challenges of rural ministry
Build strong and collaborative relationships with lay leaders, schools, families and local organisations
Encourage and develop lay ministry, shared leadership and vocations
Lead with humility, humour, integrity, and hope
