The “Priory Parishes” of St Osyth Deanery seek a new incumbent

We are looking for a new incumbent excited by the prospect of bringing us together as we form a new team in this rural, coastal location.

We are looking for a wise, collaborative leader to share in our commitment to worship reverently, to serve our communities and to reach out to everyone, especially families and young people.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is passionate about rural ministry
  • will lead us in greater engagement with children, young people and families, especially through our schools
  • will build on our ministry through weddings, baptisms and funerals and will inspire us to reach out to significant areas of new housing
  • will be a visible presence in our communities
  • can take us forward with greater strength and unity without leaving people alienated or left behind
  • celebrates and nurtures existing ministries and new vocations alike, lay and ordained
