RNLI Lifeboat blessing at Burnham on Crouch
The Rev Suzie Fryer, Chaplain the RNLI Burnham on Crouch station and Priest in Charge at St Mary's Church in Burnham, conducted the blessing of the lifeboats on the quay at the start of Burnham Week 2026. This yearly service prays for and blesses the shore and boat crew as well as the lifeboats. This year we celebrated 60 years of the RNLI in Burnham. All photos credit Catherine Shepherd.
