Nikki Firth is a Children and Families Worker at St Andrew's with Holy Cross Basildon, St Mark's Southend and St Alban's Westcliff-on-Sea.

The interviews were part of the Essex Council for Voluntary Youth Services (ECVYS) #WeLoveYouthWork campaign to promote and support youth work in Essex.
As part of ECVYS 50th Anniversary celebrations they have just launched The Essex Youth Map and ‘50 for 50’ a new training support grant.
Churches in the Essex area with a youth club or active youth ministry can put their church on the Essex youth map here.
Essex churches in the diocese are also very welcome to apply for funding for training for their youth work via their ‘50 for 50’ Training Support Fund.
