Congratulations to Wickford Church of England Primary School, who have been shortlisted for the Times Educational Supplement Primary School of the Year Award.
The school announced the news on social media platform X on Friday 3 May.
Speaking to the Basildon, Canvey and Southend Echo, Head Teacher, Ms Bristow said: "It is so clear at our school that every member of staff cares so much about every child and would do anything to help them reach their potential."

Congratulations to Dagenham Park Church of England school who have also been shortlisted for the TES Schools Awards 2024, with a nomination for the Inclusive School of the Year Award.
