On Friday 11 October, St Paul's Cathedral held a national service to celebrate the the 30th anniversary of the ordination of women to the priesthood.
Pictured above are some of the women from Chelmsford Diocese who were ordained in 1994, as they gathered for the service of celebration.
In April, we published a special video to mark 30 years since since the first women were ordained as priests in Chelmsford Diocese. The video looks back on that time, and on the important impact female priests have had on our diocese and The Church of England since.
